FAQ
Does the tour require admission to any other locations or events?
No! The tour is entirely self-contained, and can be played in its entirety without entering any buildings or paid admission areas. One location on the tour is only open from dawn to dusk, but the tour can be played outside of those hours and bypasses just one puzzle there.
Is the tour time-limited or time-sensitive?
We recommend playing before dark (or at least starting before dark) for the best experience. Other than that, there is no time limit. Feel free to stop in at shops along the route, pause for lunch, and pick the puzzles back up at your own pace.
How many copies of the tour do we need to purchase?
You only need one copy of the tour to play as a group of any size. For the most engaging experience for larger groups (around 8 or more players), we do recommend purchasing an additional copy and splitting into teams to play head-to-head.
How does weather affect the playability?
The tour is contained within a printed booklet, and should stand up to light precipitation but will not do well in heavier rain or snow (but if you have an umbrella and a lot of determination, don't let us stop you). One stop on the tour is closed after dark, but alternate instructions are provided within the tour booklet for night owl players. Another stop may be inaccessible after heavy snow, but there is an alternate stop and puzzle provided for that scenario as well.
